Greatest pool ever! Amazing, trained, friendly staff. Everyone is so friendly and the snack bar is great! The renovations look great, love these guys!

The Nansemond Swim Club in Suffolk, VA, left a very positive impression during both of our recent visits as part of Boy Scout events. Though I’ve only attended as a guest, the club had a welcoming, vibrant, and well-maintained atmosphere that stood out immediately. Our troop held two meetings there—one on land, and one in the pool—and both experiences were seamless and enjoyable. The highlight for our scouts was using the pool to complete their BSA swim test in preparation for summer camp. The pool itself is spacious and well-supervised, with plenty of room for structured activities as well as casual swimming. The lifeguards on duty were attentive and professional, and the facilities appeared clean and well-kept. There were a lot of people during our visits, a good sign of its popularity, yet the space still felt orderly and comfortable. Beyond the pool, the Swim Club offers a range of activities and amenities. During our time there, we noticed tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, and shaded spaces perfect for group gatherings or family outings. Nansemond swim club is the BEST place for a nice family activity. The staff is wonderful and it didn't cost as my h as the other pool. I would recommend this to anyone who has a pation for swiming.
